About this programme

Agricultural Extension equips learners with advanced knowledge and practical skills in delivering agricultural advisory and extension services to farmers and rural communities. The programme covers farmer training, agricultural communication, technology transfer, community mobilization, farm management, market linkages, and development of sustainable agricultural practices. Graduates are prepared to work with farmers, cooperatives, government agencies, NGOs, and other agricultural organizations to improve productivity, food security, and livelihoods.
